Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the service for you:

• Account details: your name, business name, email address and password hash.
• Operational data you enter: sales entries, inventory counts, stock requests and staff records.
• Technical data: device type, browser, and error logs used to keep the app stable and secure.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the LedgerLink dashboard, to generate your analytics, to support you when you contact us, and to detect and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to advertise to you.

Storage, retention and security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure and transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where we are legally required to do so. When you close your account you can ask us to delete your data, and we will do so unless the law requires us to retain it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
